We want you to love your Backstay logbook. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

  • Free replacement or refund
  • Free return shipping

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you simply no longer want the item, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Item must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition
  • Refund is issued once the return is received and inspected

EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it, we’re happy to help.

To keep our small-batch production sustainable:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges (unless the item is defective)
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Exchanges are available within 30 days

This allows us to offer flexible support while keeping production and costs manageable for a small business.

RETURN METHOD

All returns and exchanges are handled by mail.

We will email you return instructions once your request is approved.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
